Our exterior job prep work includes covering of concrete, decks, brick, roofing, and landscaping as necessary.
- Power washing 4000 PSI as needed.
- Scraping and/ or sanding all surfaces to be painted.
- Caulking door and window frames, gaps. Knot holes and woodpecker damage.
- Priming repair work and priming and painting angle irons (optional).
- One to two coats of finish paint or stain as required on individual exterior surfaces; whether cedar, vinyl, stucco, aluminum siding or brick
